Fencers.

This was the week of Common Tests for Secondary 1 to 3.
Neither I nor Mr Ng mentioned that training was cancelled.

Attendance for this Monday's training (21/02) consisted of 3 fencers.
This is so far beyond acceptable that I had to cancel training for the entire week.
I hope that gives you a hint of how disappointed the teachers and coaches are.

For all those that took the effort to notify me about your absence, thank you.
Even though I had to mass message all the seniors before I could get answers, good job.
Do not worry about the relay system, it really IS my job to text every. single. person.

For all those that approached me after Monday to notify me about your absence, thanks.
I understand that none of you had any way to contact me via phone nor facebook.
Don't worry, I am totally okay with it. All of you were so busy studying right?
Of course you won't be punished, because it is so helpful to tell me after the day that you can't come.

Finally, those fencers that did not contact me at all even up till now.
Its perfectly fine, I guess I should have gone indivdually to each of your classes to notify all of you about the training that YOU skipped and have ALL of you tell me that you wanted to study.
I'm sure its a real reason, because none of you would use it just to skip fencing right?
By the way, it isn't an excuse. All of you got 0.

Of course its fine to skip training without notice to go study, please go ahead.
The coaches are okay with coming to school only to have to leave because no one is there.
Our teachers are fine with having to explain why every fencer is missing from CCA.
I just enjoy explaining to the teachers and coaches on why the entire team is absent.

In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I would like to have a talk with all of you on Monday.
Naturally, anyone that skipped without telling me is subject to CoC.

In case all of you are too busy mugging to remember, its 25 rounds/missed training.
All of you owe me 75 rounds around the hall, but you'll be getting much more from me.
Come on Monday, or don't come back at all.

Your Captain.
